REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES. You will have seven (7) days after you sign the certified mail form to review and approve your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product(s) for a full refund, provided the products have not been damaged or altered in any way. If the product has been chipped, scratched, or damaged, your refund will be less the product's devaluation and/or cost of repair if possible. Refund of shipping fees is at our option.

Make sure you indicate which product you want (include the Stock # and description) and how you wish to submit payment. By Mail. OUR RESPONSE TO YOUR ORDER. As soon as we
receive your order, we will email (or telephone) you about the availability
of the product and the total amount of your purchase. We'll also put the
product(s) in reserve for you. As soon as your payment clears, we'll
promptly mail the product(s) to you for your approval. You'll have 7 days
after receipt of the product to review and return if not completely
MINIMAL ORDER. A $5.00 handling charge MAY be charged on orders under $30.
METHOD OF PAYMENT. Pay Pal. Many of our customers choose
PayPal because of the ease and security of shopping on the internet via PayPal. Want to use your
Credit Card? PayPal will accept your credit card. No longer do you have to run Paypal through your checking account. This is a much safer method when shopping on the internet
as it is not necessary to give your credit card information to the internet
reseller. Money Order. Payable in US dollars, via mail. Check. A personal or business check drawn from any USA bank
sent to us via mail. (We cannot accept checks drawn from a bank outside the USA. Please secure an international money order payable in US$ if you wish to send a check from outside the USA.) Please allow 10-15 days for check clearing your bank before product is shipped unless the check is
certified. We may waive the waiting period for established accounts.
SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS. Regular US Mail. There is a $8.95 shipping and handling charge on most orders. Orders under $500 value will be shipped via the regular US MAIL, insured for the value, and will incur no additional shipping fees. Orders over $600 in value will be sent registered mail and
may require an additional amount of postage. Express Mail in the USA.
Available on orders under $600 and the customer is responsible for the
additional fees we incur. International Mail.
We do ship outside the USA and will ship the most secure and economical method
as possible. You will be charged the additional actual shipping costs we incur. If postal insurance to your country does not cover value of product(s), shipment will be at your risk. Other Mailing Methods. If you desire other mailing methods, please let us know and we will try to accommodate for the costs we are charged.
